Service Tips for Savvy Car Owners #1: Tires! Tires! Tires!
Last night, we held the first gotoCarGal Service Workshop at Bob Penkhus Motor City. Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and everything you SHOULD know about your car’s tires! Taking good care of your tires can save you time, money… even your life!
Attendees enjoyed demonstrations from Jenny, the gotoCarGal, and Eric, one of the Bob Penkhus Service Department’s Certified Volvo Technicians (of 25 years!), on the following topics:
- how to change a tire in 10 minutes
- why proper inflation is crucial
- how to check your tread and when to rotate your tires
- how to know when it’s time for new tires
We also provided attendees with a free nitrogen fill up for their tires!
